For more than 30 years, SOS Think Tank member Karen Gordon’s work in the Destination Management Industry has built bridges between the corporate/incentive travel market and the community of Las Vegas.

A 45-year resident of Las Vegas, Gordon’s real-world experience has been fundamental to the growth of Las Vegas as a corporate and incentive travel destination. One of her goals, she says, has been to offer guests an opportunity to experience, ‘Life beyond the Neon’; to show that Las Vegas is not only the entertainment and meeting capital of the world, but also a flourishing and vibrant community.
