Dan joined USMotivation in 1991 as Director of Travel and Meetings Operations. In 1994, he became an equity partner and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer. He is the senior executive in the company and responsible for all aspects of the service delivery of USMotivation’s product offerings which include incentive travel, meeting logistics, virtual events, communication services, award technology and data analytics.

Dan also plays a role of being the key contact to several major accounts having developed service models particularly suited to their industry and culture. Within the hospitality industry, Dan has served on the meetings and group advisory board of several major hotel groups, cruise lines, and DMC consortiums and is currently a trustee of the Incentive Research Foundation.

Prior to joining USMotivation, Dan spent 5 years managing an incentive merchandise fulfillment operation in Atlanta and 18 years with Automatic Data Processing in Miami, Nashville and Atlanta managing expansion of their payroll operation nationwide and R&D efforts on new payroll related services. Dan left ADP as corporate vice president responsible for their national customer service centers.
